Treat with Folic Acid


Folic acid is formerly known as Vitamin B9. It is a water-soluble vitamin, which is necessary for pregnant women. The folic acid could be obtained naturally too from various foodstuffs or can be simply taken in a supplement. Vitamin B9 is also used for production and the maintenance of the cells. It can help in relieving morning sickness symptoms.

Treat with Vitamin A


Beta- carotene plays a vital role in development of the fetus in the womb. It also provides helps to counteract the effects of the condition of morning sickness. Vitamin A remains the most important of all the vitamins required by a pregnant woman. It helps in the development of healthy embryo, cellular growth and tissue growth.

Some other options


In case the prenatal vitamins are giving you a sickening feeling then the formulation or even the chewable form could be helpful. Iron could be taxing on stomach. Therefore, you should take a lower form or an extended release type. However, if this fails then you may want to avoid taking any until the morning sickness has passed.
